Peter Leighton
Biography
Peter Leighton has a Doctor of Spiritual Science (D.S.S.) degree from Peace Theology Seminary and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University. While at Antioch, he authored a thesis about stopping epileptic episodes through awareness focusing. He also was a science teacher and an Academic Dean at a local acupuncture school. He spent three years as a chef and still loves to cook. Besides loving writing, he loves to collect movies and take bike rides with his wife of 32 years in Los Angeles, CA. He has been an ordained minister since 1982.

Eoni Xorea Sant
*Dr. Eoni Sant is one of the main characters in "The Invasion of Mrralda." Leighton feels she should have her own voice.*
She is a Mrraldan, which means she is a human whose ancestry is feline rather than primate (like Earther humans). Until recently she was a Professor of Languages at a highly respected Mrraldan university. She fell out of favor with her department over the relative importance of her research. Yet this research was what the government of her planet called on to communicate with their first visitor from Earth. She developed a close relationship with this alien and later married him. At a time of crisis, the Mrraldan World War, she fought to free her world from both a dictator and powerful authoritarian organizations. She lives on Earth in New York as an ambassador of her planet.
